Water Aerobics

Each water aerobics class includes a warm-up, cardio and strength-training exercises, and a cooldown. Expect exercises like water walking, bicep curls, leg lifts, and kickboard moves. You won't be swimming, and most water workouts are done in the shallow end of the pool

Water Therapy

For patients who cannot participate in the typical exercises of physical exercise due to joint pain, muscle weakness, or injury, there may be a better alternative. My aquatic therapy is a specialized form of physical therapy that takes place in the water and helps relax your muscles and uses the water's natural resistance to relieve joint pressure often associated with traditional weights or exercises.

I have worked in the health and fitness industry for over 20 years in various teaching, coaching and fitness training positions and I have extensive knowledge in this field.

I can show you how to train effectively and safely to achieve your own personal health and fitness goals. I can give you the confidence and knowledge to start training and keeping fit. Spinning Classes

Research has shown that with two 30-minute sessions of a high-intensity workout you can improve your cardiovascular health.

Aqua Therapy

If working out is painful, ask your doctor about exercising in the water. This is a safe way to build strength and stamina minimizing joint stress.

Aerobics Classes

If you're looking to lower your blood pressure and cholesterol, 40 minutes of moderate intensity aerobic exercise each day will do it.
